My bf is in trouble because a minor female student of his is filing against him for sexual harrasment.?

should i support my bf? or should i really question the fact that he really did something to this minor? he is a grappling (teach boxing instrutor) you need to be in physical contact. what should i do? how should i feel or react? he's totally honest with me and told me he didnt do anything wrong. if this is the case then why is this female filing charges against him? pls give ur opinions and advice.

If you truly belive that he did nothing wrong, then there's nothing more you can do aside from standing by him and supporting him.





It might suck, but it's a fact of life that those accused of Sexual Harrassment are generally presumed to be guilty until proven innocent, so your boyfriend might have a long, uphill battle ahead of him. But if you believe in him and his story, then your support during this time will be incredibly important to him.





Be prepared, however, to be called as a witness in any court proceedings steming from this incident...

But if you're wondering, then it may mean that something else is lurking in your mind that this incident may support. Sometimes girls will try to mess guys up with these lawsuits. Support him til you see a reason not to!!
Reply:Support him but look for more answers. Find out what it is she said he did. They will get to the bottom of it so for now stay on his side in case she lied but keep your eyes and ears open and be ready to leave if its true. I dont trust anyone so I would immediately jump to conclusions.
Reply:If it is one student, you might do well to give him the benefit of the doubt. If there are other students, or you have any doubts of your own, and he is only your boyfriend, then cut him loss and find a guy who is interested in playing with you not with minors.
Reply:There are a number of reasons she may have filed charges one of which being she made an advancement romantically on him and when he turned her down(as he should have) she was embarassed. That is just one scenario of many. If you truly trust him and believe in him than of course you should stand by his side. He is going through something difficult at the moment and he sould be surrounded by the ones he loves and whom love him. Best of luck!
Reply:is most common that men sometime in life will do a sexual harrasment to someone, even though you might think that your bf wouldn't never do it, but remember that we are in a world that transmit the idea that talk, see, hear, touch, about sex is normal, so probably it seemed somekind of easy for your bf...to touch or do something to this female person, and that's why she is filing charges against him.....but how should you feel yourself about this incident.....well, try to be in the girl's situation if someone, touch you in a way you think is sexual harrasment, would n't you do the same thing as this girl is doing? Or would you consider it, as an accident? Or would you consider that hey, since he is a man, he should have the right to touch me, even though I don't like it the way he touch me?....So try to understand her point of view and not because he has always told you the truth, that doesn't mean, that he would tell you the truth on this one....so let the police consider the evidence or the testimony of this girl and listen to the decision of the judge,.....
Reply:That's a tough one. How do you feel in your heart? If you think he's being honest, he definitely needs your support. Sexual harassment is far and away the most falsely accused crime of all. Even if he didn't do it, he is going to be guilty in the public eyes and it will still be on the records. Then again if he did do it, what exactly did he do? Some crimes are a whole lot worse than others and some things that are considered crimes maybe shouldn't be. Have you ever seen him doing anything of the sort? Do you know anything about this girl? Checking into her past is a very good idea. She may well have a reason for what is going on. I'd say innocent until proved quilt and I hope he gets a fair trial.
