Grappling Drills?

Does anybody know any good grappling drills?

Grappling Drills?
1. Takedown drops- 100 reps, drop to your knees drive forward I meter, with your left leg, then alternate right leg.

2. Sprawls- 100 reps- Drop and kick out out both legs behind you, eyes in front as if you were avoiding a takedown.

3. Overhook/ Underhook- 100 reps- You need a partner. Just practice fighting for underhooks, then overhooks, left side strong, then right side strong. After 100 reps, switch with your training partner.
Reply:Develop core muscle strength:

Laying on the back shoot your legs up in the air with ankle weights as many times as you can. (Reverse crunch like)

Then practice the same thing, but as you come down out of the crunch land in a triangle choke. (Come down wrapping your left leg over your right ankle and vice versa - practice getting there fast and clamping it down hard)

Drill over and over any move you would do while you were grappling, by yourself to improve speed. (I like to add hand and ankle weights when working alone, but not sure if its a good idea or not)

Bridging, Sprawling.

Here is a link to someone else's that I thought looked good too.
