Blurred vision after a blow to the head?

Last night I was "grappling" with my friend,, he accidentally slammed the back of my head onto the concrete, it didn't really hurt at the time, I just felt a bit sick, but now I have blurred vision, what could it be, should I go and see the doctor?

Apply light pressure on the injury. Sometimes just touching it may be enough. If you feel nauseated, you have a concussion. Go to the nearest hospital. They'll be more help than Yahoo! Answers.

Stop waiting around for the answer you want to hear on here and get yourself down to A and E!!!!
Reply:id get yourself to the doctors mate...sounds like concussion, just go to be on the safe side!
Reply:Go to the A%26amp;E Dept (if you haven't already). It sounds like concussion (I've had many in the past 3 years!) however you should go and get it checked out, they will proabably do a CT scan of your brain, maybe do and x-ray (make sure there is no fracture) and they will definately, 100%, for certain, check the response of you pupils to light.
