Working Out Too Much?
well you should be in good shape if you can cope with it keep it up you'll know when you have done too much cuz you'll be too sore to move the next day
Reply:Take a day off! Your body needs time to recover.
Reply:Hahahahahahahahaha, I suppose it depends on the person. This is decent if your over 40. But I run in a day what you run in a week. And surf and cycle to boot.
Reply:depends on what your height, weight, gender, and physique is like.
if you are bulging with muscles/really skinny, then yes, it is too much.
but it is fine as long as you eat enough to supple your energy needs.
Think of athletes and proffesional sportsmen, they train much more than that. Sounds like you are very active, and i must congratulate you, although if you do not enjoy it, then there is no need to do quite so much.
i am 14 and i go dancing 3 times a week, to the gym on a saturday, walk everywhere, and i do 100+sit ups a night, 100+lunges, and step ups...is that too much?
Reply:As long as it keeps you happy keep doint it. just make sure you are taking supplements and eating appropriately. remember it is ok to have a day off. even though i train 6 days a week i feel guilty for having sundays off.
Reply:Too much for what? double or triple that and you've got my week. (I don't bother with the pushups because of several miles in the pool)
Note to Guy O: 40? I'm over 50
