Do i wear hand wrap for thin bag gloves?

i bought century multi purpose grappling, MMA, and kickboxing bag gloves and dunno if i wear hand wrap because its pretty thin . it looks like this. http://www.blackbeltshop.com/kickboxing_...

If you're hitting on the heavy bag...buy some boxing bag gloves. Just some cheap Everlast gloves. If your MMA gloves are too thin, you'll tear up your hands.





I hit with gloves on the heavy bag regularly, bare knuckle for a couple minutes a weak. It helps toughen your hands. I like to hit a speed bag as well....wraps work good for the speed bag.

Reply:i dont use them put it tear my nuckles put also makes them harder so I do more damage when i hit som won for real,but i did start using rap and bag gloves so my wrist got strong and i recomend the same thing for you
