Question about weightlifting and wrestling?

What exercises/bodyparts should i focus on in order to increase my strength in takedowns/grappling?

Reply:you should work on your legs by doing squats lunges and dead lifts aslo u should build ur quikness by doing alot of speed exercises

farmers walk or bar hangs - grip strength


close grip bench press and dips-triceps


barbell curls and dumbell curls -biceps





but all you really need is technique

work out every where that u can get hurt at thats where some people mainly go for
Reply:1.Power Cleans


2.Deadlifts


3.Bench


4.Squats
Reply:Legs,arms %26amp; shoulders.Focusing on those should increase strength for those moves.

pull ups are real good as are hand stands
